About Ebunoluwa

Ebunoluwa is not fashion in the traditional sense.

It is a system of dressing without instruction.

A living archive of identity, memory, and self-construction.

We begin with a square

the most unassuming shape.

From there, you choose how to assemble, deconstruct, or reimagine it.

One square becomes five. Ten. Fifteen and beyond.

What begins as cloth becomes a garment, a sculpture, a second skin.

And when you’re ready to change, it changes too.

What We Make

At Ebunoluwa, we create multifunctional pieces using a grid of fabric squares.

Each square is edged with eyelets, allowing wearers to tie, thread, and reshape garments without cutting or sewing.

You can wear them as tops, skirts, cloaks, tablecloths, curtains—or all of these in one lifetime.

Each configuration is temporary, each expression personal.

Our designs don’t follow trends or seasons.

Instead, they are invitations to play, adapt, and reflect who you are in that moment.

Think of Ebunoluwa as a permanent wardrobe system.

Every piece from every collection is compatible with the last.

You can grow your set over time, combining squares across years and fabrics to evolve your own visual language.

We create in limited runs, with each drop produced in small batches and batch-numbered for collectibility.

Each square is stitched in the UK using considered materials—deadstock, end-of-rolls, surplus silks, and textured cottons.

We also transform old garments—especially those rich with sentimental value—into new squares, allowing cherished memories to live on and be worn again in evolving forms.

Our Values

We value adaptability over permanence.

Expression and  imperfection.

Liberation through play.

We prioritise:

  • Longevity: garments designed to change with you, not be replaced
  • Repair & Resale: customers can return worn pieces for repair credit or resale
  • Regeneration: our Reauthor Collection features pieces reimagined by their original owners, honouring every iteration
  • Collectibility: each square is traceable by batch number, forming a story across time
  • Memory Work: we transform your old garments into new squares to be cherished and worn again

Ebunoluwa is rooted in London, shaped by Nigerian sensibilities, and built for those who live between identities, moods, genders, and a world full of categories.

What if it was music, shifting, repeating, breaking apart and coming back together in a whole new rhythm?

About the Founder

Ebunoluwa was born from the hands of someone who never liked being told how to dress.

As a child, she draped her mother’s scarves into outfits, never cutting, never sewing. Just folding and imagining.

That instinct, to shape without permanence, to build with the freedom to undo, never left.

She grew up in London, held by Nigerian heritage.

That inbetween space shaped everything: her love of fabric as language, of clothing as emotion, of style as something fluid, untamed, and in progress.

Nigerian weddings showed her what fabric could do: the same cloth worn a hundred ways, each one a fingerprint.

It was the spark that made her want to become a designer.

Ebunoluwa isn’t just about clothes.

It’s about creating space; for experimentation, for softness, for the chaotic, ever-changing self.

She still doesn’t have all the answers.

But she’s learning.

And through Ebunoluwa, she’s inviting others to learn with her
